Cartier

First time shopping at Cartier. I wanted a simple Love collection ring. We made a spontaneous trip to Cartier and walked in. I was a bit overwhelmed when first walking in, but Pedro was very kind to walk us through. He was informative and got us what I needed. It was a birthday gift and Pedro helped to make our first purchase special.

This place is Amazing! First off I had two rings that wasn’t 100 percent certain on being authentic Cartier rings and won’t lie I’m not the wealthiest guy but they treated me with the up most respect and didn’t make me feel less. They took my rings and checked over them and although they where real gold they where not Cartier but still did the polish and authentication for me free of charge! Never have I received such service at a jewelry store! Will be buying my jewelry from them from now on with no question asked! Also who polishes something so nicely in such a short period of time, if you know places it can take up to a week! Thanks Cartier for having respect, professionalism, and the class all places should have!

Great experience with this store. Pedro provided excellent hospitality to not only myself, but my friends who came with me. He also pulled out my exact ring size on the first try; I was incredibly surprised. I had very little wait time for a walk-in on a busy Saturday. The craftsmanship on the trinity ring is wild— slips on very smoothly. We live an hour outside of the city, but will probably only return here for our next purchase of wedding bands. Getting married soon in May and I think this may be where we will get them!

We went to the store with so much excitement only to experience the worst customer service. We were first met by an unfriendly woman who literally stood in front of the door like a bouncer asking what we wanted. For the love of Zeus, we are at Cartier… what do you think we are here for? We were then “checked in” like we were registering to vote and told there were two other parties waiting before us. Hire more people, Cartier- you seem to have more people stocking your cart with Perrier water rather than champagne, darling. We waited 25 min and noticed someone was assisted before us who had just walked in. Perhaps the color of our skin wasn’t good enough for you. Or the fact that we weren’t dripped in bling and designer clothing. Little did you know how much we were going to spend today. We left and none of you even asked if we were helped. Well we walked back to our penthouse at the Ritz and decided to write this review instead. Do better Cartier.

I was surprised to see such a low rating for this beautiful store, but after I visited it, everything made sense. Right at the front door was a turn off. Lady #1 was so preoccupied with the iPad, counting clients in the store that she didn’t even make an eye contact or greet us. Lady #2 had no clue where the jewelry section was that I was interested in. I am giving 4 stars only because Joshua made a huge difference. He was extremely professional and kind, knowledgeable and respectful. He took excellent care of me and my partner and delivered the jewelry in less than a week! Thank you!

The folks at Cartier Chicago were very humble, empathetic and professional. Christopher helped me with engraving on my wedding ring, and kept me updated about the process, and delivered it to my address hundreds of miles away in another state, at a time of my convenience, without any fee. I didn't even purchase anything at this particular store or in this country, still happy with Cartier's service for any of its global clients, irrespective of the product or geography

One of the best Cartier boutique experiences I have had. Julie Chavez is an amazing individual and made my day with her kindness and consideration. She was a joy to speak with and talk to and cares about the customer! I just spoke to her manager Juan and they are both a delight. This is the type of store and leadership I enjoy shopping at.
